		<description>It&#039;s actually a very fun thing to do. Most of the time I just pop open the browser on my phone after boarding bus #__ and submit either a commendation, suggestion, or complaint. Route #14 is having some issues right now.</description>

It was pretty clear that the barista was clueless — I wish she had shown that she enjoyed the drinks &lt;em&gt;and&lt;/em&gt; making them.
